Employment Solutions-NY acquires Ft. Lauderdale-based Atrium Personnel, Inc. d/b/a TransHire

In late July, Employment Solutions-NY acquired Ft. Lauderdale-based Atrium Personnel, Inc. doing business as TransHire.  The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.  TransHire is a commercial staffing company that was started in 1984.  It has been the recipient of several awards, including the Leadership Award from Motorola/Florida’s on-site co-op staffing program; the Best Supplier of the Year by the Sun-Sentinel Newspaper (a Tribune Company); Business Partnership of the Year Award from the school board of Broward County; and Community Partner of the Year Award from the National Academy of Continuing Education.  The owners of TransHire, while remaining active through the transition, will leave the staffing industry.
